Gradients in nature have much to tell us about the human experience. The sunset and sunrise demonstrate how light consistently follows darkness and that many good stories come full circle. The soft color variations in the sky at dawn and dusk express how change is inevitable yet unpredictable. Refracting white light through a prism to reveal a spectrum of bright colors proves there is always more than what meets the eye. Gradients also represent depth, transition, growth, metamorphosis, and evolution. When we listen to them, they can help us find ease in challenging times by demonstrating that life is a steady flow of change, mirroring our natural abilities to adapt and move between various experiences seamlessly.
